Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal is regulated in accordance with current legislation (Article 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and according to the following information. To take advantage of this right, you must send notice by email no later than 14 days after receipt of the goods. The company agrees to respond to the complaint no later than 7 working days after receiving the form and make any refund and no later than 14 days. Goods travel from the customer to our warehouse with transportation and shipping costs at the customer’s expense. Once we receive the goods and verify that they do not contain any defects resulting from transportation we will promptly refund only and exclusively by bank transfer. The right of withdrawal will be granted only and exclusively if the goods are returned to us as you received them complete in every part. In the case of partial withdrawal, the goods travel from the customer to our warehouse with transportation and round-trip expenses borne by the customer. Responsibility

OP Cosmetics srl shall not be liable for any damage or loss, direct and/or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the website opcosmetics.com and shop.opcosmetics.com, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the website, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to OP Cosmetics srl.

Technical Information

The technical information included on the opcosmetics.com website, is derived from the information published by the manufacturers of the goods included in our catalog. Therefore OP Cosmetics srl reserves the right to change/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the products in the catalog, according to what will be communicated by the manufacturers, even without any prior notice.

Product Availability

In the product catalog published on opcosmetics.com, because it is possible to place the order online, product availability is changed in real time, so OP Cosmetics Ltd. does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

Risk and Property

The goods are shipped carriage paid, in case the goods are shipped carriage paid, upon the customer’s instruction, the risk and to be considered the responsibility of the customer from the delivery of the goods to the carrier from its warehouses. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the accompanying document (DDT). In case of discrepancies, the same must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed to OP Cosmetics srl within seven days by fax or registered mail with return receipt.
While the packaging is intact, the marce must be checked within seven days of receipt.

Ongoing Promotions

-BLACK FRIDAY 2020: Promotions offered during the Black Friday period, understood by OP|COSMETICS as including between November 19 and 30, 2020, are subject to the use of a promotional code from among those provided. The discount indicated in the communications is intended as the maximum discount obtainable from the promotion, which cannot be combined with any other discount code – not even from the same promotional campaign. The customer can take advantage of the Black Friday discount during the entire period indicated above, with no further restrictions on minimum/maximum quantities or total number of orders in which the code can be entered. The code offers no further discount on items whose price is already reduced from the list price, including items already on discount, sale or promotional kits. The Code amount is stated on the referenced information material. OP|COSMETICS reserves the right to be able to vary the promotion at any time, as well as to advance its effective date without further notice. However, OP|COSMETICS specifies the non-retroactivity of changes with respect to already open orders, for which OP|COSMETICS agrees to abide by the promotional conditions in effect at the time of the order.

-Ecru Gift: The promotion follows the terms made explicit in the promotional material, that is, of one (1) free gift for each order placed. The free gift may be chosen by the customer from those available, always and strictly in the amount of one for each order of other products. Ordering is understood as ordering other products from our online store, regardless of the quantity or economic value of the product, as long as it is regularly purchased. OP COSMETICS reserves the right to verify the regularity of the order conditions and to make discretionary changes if the rules of the promotion are violated by the Customer. In the event that you unlawfully succeed in ordering more than a single giveaway, OP COSMETICS reserves the right to leave only one, at its discretion. Orders consisting of only free gifts, in spoiled quantities, will be cancelled. OP COSMETICS, given the clarity of the rules of the promotion, holds the right not to refund shipping charges for orders that, under these terms, will be considered fraudulent. OP COSMETICS reserves the right to report to the appropriate authorities, the details of those who will act against the mechanisms of the website, in order to obtain altered quantities or circumvent the mechanisms of the current promotion.

-Discount Codes: OP COSMETICS reserves the right to issue discount codes of varying amounts, depending on the promotional campaign, spendable on all list price items for sale on the site. Therefore, all items on promotion, balance and/or discount as well as Kits including multiple products are excluded.

-Women’s Day: The promotion includes a free gift, completely free of charge, of two total products. The two products are, in this case, an ECRU NEW YORK lipstick in your choice of available shades and an ECRU NEW YORK mascara. Both products, for the offer to be valid, should be selected during the CHECKOUT phase and not added to the cart separately. Any products added separately will still be paid for and will accumulate to reach the minimum threshold for the promotion. This minimum threshold, therefore, is the achievement of a total expenditure of 50 euros or more. For this purpose, all promotional KITS are excluded except those composed exclusively of OP|BLONDE brand products.
